“Wow, wally , I am Luis Chacon and I purchased 1 flatbed on Ebay about 10 months ago. I paid for your website and to become a member. I read every word in it and followed your direction and instruction. My son asked me “dad you think we can do this?” I told him wally said we can and if he did it so can we , we just need to be “about the business,” our business. The tow truck I purchased was a 99 chevy c6500 for $8000 in basalt Colorado , we drove up there and drove it 1500 Miles back to San Antonio Texas in one of the worst snow storms Colorado had, after that trip I told my son this, ” Josh , the determination we showed just to drive that truck and get home in one piece is the same determination we need to put into the business. Wally we had never ever been in the tow business before. We had never even been in a tow truck, but with your advice and our determination we now have 3 truck 4 service trucks and we are buying another truck in the next week or so. We will do around $350,000.00 in our first year! I called all the motor clubs, I called every garage, I called every company in the city , I called every tow truck company and told them if they get backed up I can help them at a discount rate. I worked 24/7 and I haven’t taken a day off , and I haven’t accepted no as an answer to anything, I have made friends and enemies , I have been able to have my wife quite her job and work with us. I have been able to send one of my son’s to school , and I have 7 children. Wally I never post and I rarely look at website anymore, not because I don’t want to but because I am always towing. Wally I just want to tell you this: You changed my life, and I never said thank you, so here it is “THANK YOU WALLY CASS” …..it is 4:36 am I am writing you at this hour because I just got home from towing and 4 of my employees are still working. Can you believe that I have employees now. Because I listened to you. Please share this with everyone that subscribe to your site.”

My closest competitor has been in business since the 70’s and they have three trucks. A 3/4 ton pickup with a car trailer, a chevy C5500 rollback and an F550 4×4 twin line recovery truck with a sling and wheel lift. That seems to be a good combination of equipment. I have been in situations where each type of truck has a big advantage. The pickup with trailer gets good fuel mileage on long tows and gets by the weigh stations. The rollback looks professional and loads cars quick. The recovery truck pulls trucks out of the lake and gets in tight spaces. I found your site as I was opening my business. I have made money with the information I learned here. The membership fee is a good investment. I made the membership fee back many times over.

I love your website it’s teaching me everything. I’m from west Philadelphia, just purchased my first tow truck which is a flat bed and I know nothing about towing but you’re web site is so detailed and helpful. Before I found your website I was begging other tow operators for knowledge and they have been so mean and hateful.. This was the best $40.00 investment ever.

I’m excited about finding this towing information that you have made available because I asked a friend (that has his own towing service) if there was anywhere I could get towing training beforehand and he told me there was no type of training available other than hands on working with or for someone already in business. That bothered me, so I searched on line to see for myself if it was so and Icame across your site and I got excited and shared this with him.
